A Climate For All Seasons

Here, sunny defines both our weather and our business forecast. Our mild, temperate climate welcomes year-round activity with an average high temperature of 71° and 43” of evenly distributed precipitation each year. While we appreciate all four seasons, including beautiful autumn foliage, we rarely receive snowfall. Likewise, severe storms such as tornadoes, hurricanes or floods are a rarity as our region is located outside typical hurricane and tornado paths.
