Retail Strategy Plan + Process

Chester County has partnered with Retail Strategies, which will act as an extension of our economic development arm to help attract new retail to the local community.

Key components of the plan and process includes:

Step 1

Discovery: Collecting and analyzing data on the population and existing industry to determine the types of retail businesses that would be the most successful in Chester County.

Step 2

Connect: Identifying and recording the primary real estate opportunities within the market. This analysis is performed by licenses real estate professionals with extensive experience development.

Step 3

Advance: Marketing the community via developers, retailers, tenant representatives and franchisee groups throughout the nation to recruit potential retailers to Chester County.
